This journal will be a weekly update of my current training progress.  Most of the reviews on YMMV Reviews are thoroughly tested through my training.  These articles will highlight some of the high, lows, and interesting adventures my training takes me through during the year.   There will be a bit of a gear focus to these entries and will highlight the upcoming races and adventures along the way.  From time to time, I will also address applicable topics as I prepare for the next adventure.
